We are excited to share that from Monday 30 November, Papakura East Medical Centre will become Tend Papakura East.
You'll still see the same doctors, nurses and reception team across both our sites, with the same opening hours and general consult fees.
We will be closed from midday Thursday 19 November and all day Friday 20 November while we upgrade our systems. Please order any repeat prescriptions before this closure.
The Doctors app will switch off at midday on 19 November. From 23–27 November, please call us to book appointments or order repeat prescriptions. From 30 November, you’ll be invited to activate your Tend account.

Our practice is constantly growing in patient population as we have a proven reputation and history in Papakura and the surrounding areas. We are a V.L.C.A (very low-cost access) practice, with a large proportion of Maori, Pacific and Quintile 5 patients.
The ideal applicant will pride themselves on their professional knowledge and their ability to build an excellent rapport with our patients. You will be eligible to work in NZ, have a current NZMC registration and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. We are negotiable on number of days and hours of work, within our regular operating hours.
